Sofia is a WhatsApp and website AI receptionist built for dental clinics. She books appointments, answers FAQs and captures every enquiry, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Challenge

UK dental clinics were losing patients to competitors every weekend and evening. Phones went unanswered. Enquiries went cold. Staff spent their mornings manually replying to messages instead of seeing patients.

The Solution

We built Sofia to sit across the clinic's website and WhatsApp number. She knows the full appointment calendar, services, prices and tone of voice. She books patients directly into the calendar and sends confirmation messages automatically. When a query is outside her scope, she flags it for the team.

ClientStream is an autonomous lead generation agent that finds businesses without AI, builds a personalised email for each one and logs everything to a CRM. No human input required.

The Challenge

Manual prospecting was eating hours every week. Scraping, qualifying, writing personalised outreach and logging it was slow, inconsistent and unscalable. The team needed a way to run lead gen at volume without hiring.

The Solution

We built a multi-step AI agent that uses Apify to scrape target businesses, runs each one through an AI qualification check to see if they have an existing AI stack, then writes a personalised outreach email using Groq for speed. Results are automatically pushed to a CRM via a Flask API endpoint.
